General Responsibilities

1. Be punctual and attend scheduled tutoring sessions ready to learn.

2. Respect your fellow Colēgia Intellects users.

3. Maintain a professional relationship with all users.

4. Dress appropriately and professionally while interacting with any users.

5. Report any suspicious activities or signs from any user that may indicate potential harm to themselves or others.

6. Use appropriate language with all Colēgia Intellects users.

7. Only use Colēgia emails and your Colēgia Zoom account when communicating with users.

8. Provide feedback about your tutor and sessions in the weekly feedback form on the Colēgia Intellects site.

Tutor Responsibilities

1. Provide constructive criticism.

2. Create a safe space for your mentees.

3. Keep your mentees engaged during tutoring sessions.

4. Cancel sessions with a 2-5 day notice.

5. Provide mentees with resources to learn.

6. Communicate questions and concerns to Colēgia Intellects Administrators.

Mentee Responsibilities

1. Accept your tutor’s supervision during your scheduled tutoring sessions.

2. Diligently work on or review any educational material or content your tutor may assign to you.

3. Use the resources your tutor provides.

4. Be engaged in your tutor's Zoom sessions and ask questions.

5. Communicate academic questions and concerns to tutors and organizational problems to Colēgia Intellects Administrators.

Tutor-Mentee Relationship

1. Your relationship is strictly professional and academic.

2. You are encouraged to ask about academics, college advice, etc.

3. You must only use Colēgia emails to communicate with each other. Sharing personal information is not allowed.
